Episode 28: Interview with Patrick Smith, Performance and Wellbeing Coach
Patrick's story is one that I'm sure a lot of people can resonate with, I know I did.
Growing up in what he describes as a brilliant childhood, to hard working down to earth parents, he learnt early on about the value of hard work, a quality that has stuck with him throughout his entire corporate career.
Going through the journey of life is never straight forward and easy however, and Patrick has had his fair share of ups and downs!
From been up high to been hopeless, penniless and homeless, his story is one of resilience, persistence and overcoming the challenges that life put in his path.
Now, a little later on in life as he and his wife are eagerly expecting their first son, he is able to look back on the lessons learned and put them to use in helping others to overcome similar struggles.
A bit more about what Patrick does:
Most high-performing men have built careers, businesses, and lives that look successful from the outside. But behind the ambition and achievement, there's often a quiet tension — a sense that something deeper is being left unlived.
I work with driven men who are ready to close that gap.
As a men's coach and mentor, I help you move beyond the metrics of external success and into a life defined by intentionality, clarity, and genuine fulfilment. Through honest conversation, strategic thinking, and accountable action, we work together to align your ambition with what actually matters to you — your values, your purpose, your legacy.
This isn't about slowing down. It's about making sure the direction you're moving in is one you've chosen with intention.
If you're ready to lead — in your career, your relationships, and your life — with discipline and purpose, I'd welcome the conversation.
What I Don’t Do:
Use generic playbooks or trendy buzzwords.
Offer empty motivation without action.
Coach people who aren’t ready to show up and work.
